Most failures are local: missing weights, a small GPU, or a job that needs CUDA.

Before Start

Expand the queue row. Preflight advisories fire before the batch, not after. Typical Remaster note: cards below 12 GB VRAM often OOM; Export Ready still runs on that GPU.

Denoise did not look “AI”

If the neural denoise backend is not ready, the engine may use FFmpeg hqdn3d. That is a real fallback. Do not assume every Denoise row used a network.

Remaster will not start

1. NVIDIA GPU present?
2. GPU add-on pack installed (torch / CUDA wheels)?
3. VSR weights downloaded?
4. VRAM advisory — 12 GB class cards are the documented comfort zone.

Without NVIDIA, Remaster is unavailable. Use Export Ready or Denoise instead.

Copy for support

The desktop app can copy a text support bundle from a queue row. It includes a code: line (for example code: cuda_oom). Paste that into the site assistant — it looks the code up — or into Talk to a human. Meanings: error codes.

Do not attach video to the website. The site assistant and the escalation mail are for text. Footage stays on the machine — that is the product.
