Terms of Sale
These terms cover buying a FrameLathe licence. Using the software is covered by the End User Licence Agreement, which you accept when you install it.
Who you are buying from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, charges sales tax or VAT, issues the invoice, and handles billing questions and refunds. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the payment. FrameLathe is developed by Robert Williams, a sole proprietor, who provides the software and support for it.
What you get
An Individual licence costs $149 USD, paid once. Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it applies and shows the total before you pay. For the first month after launch the price is $89 with code LAUNCH. The licence covers 2 Windows workstations and 1 year of updates from purchase. After that year the software keeps working on the version you have; updates published later need a new entitlement.
Delivery
After payment, your licence key is emailed to the address you used at checkout. The software is a download for Windows; activation happens once per computer and needs an internet connection at that moment. If the email does not arrive, write to hello@framelathe.com.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. A refunded licence is revoked. Details are in the refund policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Privacy and contact
What the site and the software collect is described in the privacy policy. Questions about an order or the software: hello@framelathe.com.
