Refund policy

You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. FrameLathe is hard to judge until it has run on your own footage and your own GPU, so try it on the footage you bought it for. If it isn’t right for you, ask for your money back.

How to ask

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or write to hello@framelathe.com with the email address you bought with. Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, issues the refund to your original payment method. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.

What happens to the licence

A refunded licence key is revoked. It cannot be activated again and is not offered updates. If update checks are on, the next successful check removes the licence from that computer and the queue will not start. Please uninstall the app after a refund.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. The full licence terms are in the EULA.
