The waitlist form on framelathe.com collects an email address so we can send two messages: a confirmation that you joined, and one notice when the Windows installer is available. That is the only marketing purpose.

We store the address, the time it was submitted, the browser’s User-Agent, and whether we have sent those messages or you have unsubscribed. We do not store your IP address. We do not sell the list. We do not use it for other marketing.

Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the waitlist and support forms to block automated submissions. Cloudflare Email Sending delivers waitlist mail and, if you ask to talk to a human, a one-off note to the FrameLathe team. We do not file that note in a third-party helpdesk. Inbound replies to hello@framelathe.com use Cloudflare Email Routing to a verified inbox.

The optional docs assistant on this site sends your question to Cloudflare Workers AI so it can answer from published docs. Questions are not stored in our D1 database. If you check “help improve answers,” Cloudflare AI Gateway may keep a log of that turn. Footage is never uploaded to the assistant.

The waitlist lives in a database on Cloudflare’s network in the FrameLathe account. Every waitlist mail includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to hello@framelathe.com to be removed.

The desktop app processes video on your computer. Joining the waitlist does not upload footage and does not create an account. Activating a licence sends the key and a fingerprint derived at that moment — not stored as hardware inventory, not sent at launch or at render. The app’s own network allowlist is in theEULA anddocs.
